You will undertake surveys, provide technical advice, and support strategic decisions relating to asset management, maintenance, investment, and property improvements.Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure that assets are maintained to a high standard while delivering value for money and supporting the organisation''s long-term property strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out asset appraisals and condition surveys across a varied property portfolio.Assess the condition, performance, and lifecycle of buildings and identify maintenance requirements.Prepare detailed survey reports with recommendations for repairs, refurbishment, or disposal.Provide professional building surveying advice to support asset management decisions.Support planned maintenance and capital investment programmes.Ensure compliance with current building regulations, health and safety legislation, and statutory requirements.Manage and monitor external contractors and consultants where required.Maintain ..... full job details .....
