Asset and PPM Operator

Job Title: Asset and PPM Operator Location: Glasgow Head Office 1 Day Hyrid Contract: Permanent 37.5 hours per week Salary: £25,468.38 per annum Job Purpose: To support in maintaining a complete and accurate Asset Database and helping to deliver all aspects of PPM planning, scheduling, and delivery including coordination and upload of all associated documentation to ensure Contractual and Legal compliance. Assisting the manager with all reasonable requests required to deliver team objectives. Key Accountabilities: Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times and comply with Company HR policies and guidelines. Own and display City values and behaviours, respect and value others and work as one team. Effectively manage self in order to prioritise workloads in order to achieve individual and team objectives. Help update and maintain a complete and accurate Asset Register. Support with planning, scheduling and managing PPMs through to completion including upload of associated certificates and documentation. Process Asset and PPM information provided by in-house teams or external suppliers. Support with processing information relating to Asset Warranties. Help produce Asset or PPM related reports when required. Reassign PPMs to Technicians or Suppliers when required.
