Assessor (Project Controls) | Remote | £30,000

If you have a strong background in project management or project controls and you''re ready to take that expertise in a new direction, this could be the role for you. A well-established training provider is looking for a passionate Assessor to support learners through nationally recognised qualifications, fully remote and with real scope to shape the way learning is delivered.

As an Assessor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments for Level 3 and Level 6 Project Controls qualifications
• Managing your own caseload of learners, guiding them to successfully achieve their qualification
• Maintaining accurate assessment records and utilising e-portfolio systems in line with awarding body requirements
• Attending standardisation meetings to share knowledge and good practice
• Supporting internal and external assurance visits and contributing to quality assurance processes
• Contributing to the development of learning and assessment materials as the organisation grows

As an Assessor, your experience will include:

• Proven experience in project management or project controls
• Experience in assessing learners and facilitating high quality learning solutions
• Assessor qualification would be desirable (L&D9D, A1, D32/D33, CAVA Level 3, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of the accreditation process and awarding body requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to positively challenge and support learners
• Experience in the engineering or construction sectors is advantageous
