In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of high-quality learning programmes and assessments, while working closely with employers to ensure learners receive the support, development and opportunities they need to reach their goals. With a strong focus on learner progress, you will play a key part in motivating individuals, helping them overcome barriers, and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, conduct and participate in induction and initial assessment of learners to identify realistic learning priorities and, in liaison with the employer, develop individual learning plans and agree realistic completion targets.
