Assessor in Plant Sciences Location: Rotherham Contract: Permanent Salary: £29,455 - £32,515 About the Role Our Client is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Assessor in Plant Sciences to join a busy and growing land-based curriculum team. This varied role combines teaching, assessment, commercial delivery, and learner support, with a particular focus on horticulture and plant science programmes. You will work with learners across study programmes, apprenticeships, adult learning, and commercial training courses, helping them develop the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence required for successful careers within the sector. Key Responsibilities Deliver and assess a range of plant science, horticulture, apprenticeship, and adult learning programmes. Support learners through practical and theoretical training sessions. Provide timely assessment, feedback, and progress tracking. Deliver short industry-related courses, including NPTC and other recognised qualifications where appropriate.
