Assessor in Early Years and Education

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assessor in Early Years and Education to join our successful Early Years and Education team at Sandwell College.This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified childcare professional with assessment experience and a passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential. Working closely with students, employers and colleagues, you will deliver high-quality assessment, training and support, helping learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required for success within the Early Years sector.Reporting to the Head of Section, you will play a key role in maintaining excellent learner outcomes, building strong employer relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality assessment and support across Early Years programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality assessment, feedback and support to learners within Early Years and Education programmesDevelop innovative delivery models and customised training programmes to meet employer and learner needsManage an agreed caseload of learners, supporting timely achievement and progressionConduct workplace assessments and utilise a range of effective assessment methodsMonitor learner progress and maintain accurate learner tracking systemsEnsure learners are registered with awarding bodies and meet programme requirementsProduce reports relating to recruitment, retention, achievement and performanceParticipate in curriculum development, planning and quality ..... full job details .....
