Assessment Operations Manager

FULLY REMOTE (Once a month in London office)

The Assessment Operations Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of assessments, ensuring they are delivered on time, to a high standard, and in line with regulatory and quality frameworks.

This role manages the full assessment lifecycle, including-exam-builds on the assessment platform, examiner-management and-liaison, supplier-management and-coordination, and-student-support. It also plays a key role in maintaining academic integrity, particularly in the management of online proctoring and malpractice investigations.-

The role is also responsible for developing the assessment team, managing day-to-day assessment operations, and contributing to financial processes including supplier payments and cost tracking.
