Assessment Developer (Design)

Are you passionate about designing fair, valid and engaging assessments that make a real difference to learners? Do you have experience working within an Awarding Organisation and a strong understanding of assessment design principles? TPP Recruitment is supporting a growing awarding organisation to recruit an Assessment Developer (Design). This is a newly created role within an expanding product and development team, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping assessments, particularly within apprenticeship and end-point assessment programmes.
