Assessment Centre Manager
at Maximus. Hybrid role with some home working. Ideally based at Barrow or Lancaster, with consideration for candidates based at Carlisle or Workington. Travel between all 4 sides will be required (travel expenses provided).Salary:
£38,000

Ensure that the volumes, quality, and applicable service levels are delivered to agreed target levelsDeliver team objectives and performance against targets through robust performance management methodsFacilitate communications which support deliveryMonitor high level administrative workflow to ensure administrative teams have all processes in place to ensure assessment deliveryWork with Area Manager to drive continuous improvement and disseminate though teamInvestigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate serious complaints as requiredCommunicate changes in assessment procedures and best practices (healthcare-based and administrative) to teamsEnsure Team Performance Leader(s) or Clinical Standards Lead(s) have in place appropriate healthcare-related mentorship and coaching to support delivery of quality targetsEnsure Team Performance Leader(s) or Clinical Standards Lead(s) follow appropriate processes to escalate clinical questions and communicate resolutionSupport the continuous professional development of staff and encourage shared learningResponsible for effectively and proactively managing absences to minimise ad hoc and ongoing absenceOther ad hoc duties as requiredClinical ACMs should retain and maintain their approval for all areas they are trained, and as required by the operation you will be expected to carry out assessments and other clinical dutiesExperience leading and developing teamsExperience of delivering challenging performance targetsClinical experience helpful but not essentialQualifications and Experience
