Job role: Assessment and Curriculum AdministratorDuration: 6 monthsPay: 16.34Role OverviewThe Assessment and Curriculum Administrator will provide professional administrative support for the effective development and delivery of the MBBS assessments and curriculum at the Medical School, with a particular focus on Team-Based Learning (TBL) and assessment processes. The role will work closely with academic leads, professional services staff, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities Support the creation and delivery of weekly TBL examinations (iRATs). Liaise with clinical and academic staff to ensure timely updates and uploads. Share teaching schedules with academic and clinical staff as required Collate feedback from TBL sessions for processing of assessments. Support invigilation of iRATs during TBL sessions. General maintenance of assessment devices. Work with the ACO to ensure assessments and results comply with Assessment Policy, Programme Specification, Senate Regulations, and GMC standards. Provide administrative support for assessments across MBBS and PA programmes, including OSCEs, ASTs, AKTs, and AKPTs. Support the recruitment of examiners for OSCEs, working closely with the academic leads and ACO.
