My client in the Huddersfield area are looking for Hand Assembly Operatives.Job Description:If you are craft orientated, have material skills, production line skills, or just love making things please we would like to talk to youResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Working directly to the Production ManagerManufacturing, assembly, and production of a wide variety of blinds and window coverings for the trade and retailConduct inspection and testing on goodsWork from production notes and build sheetsComply with Health and safety procedures,Work to timescale and deadlinesEnsure materials are manufactured, packaged, and dispatched in a timely mannerCleaning and maintaining of workstation and production areasEssential Skills and ExperienceIf you are craft orientated, have material skills, production line skills, or just love making things please we would like to talk to youComfortable reading measurementsUsing a variety of hand toolsYou must have the skills to gather, analyse, and solve problems and prioritise workload.Excellent communication skills to maintain relations with colleagues and managers.You must be able to work as part of a team, dependable, presentable and take pride in your work.The successful candidate should possess a willingness to learn.
