The role involves ensuring production targets are met, maintaining high product standards, and supporting continuous improvement within the production process.Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery used in the manufacture of ironing boards and air dryers.Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely.Conduct routine machine checks and report any faults or maintenance requirements.Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.Maintain accurate production records where required. Assembly Work Assemble components and finished products according to specifications and work instructions.Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Package completed products ready for dispatch.Assist with product rework when required.
