      <description>Location: Havant | Salary: &amp;pound;17.58/hour | Type: Permanent | Assembly Technician – Aerospace    Havant    £17.58 per hour    Temp to perm or perm roles available.   Our client based in the Havant area is looking to recruit Assembly Technicians for the aerospace industry.  Working at their site in Havant the role would involve, disassembling faulty aerospace components, building them together into complex parts and using various methods to test and inspect. You would be working in the MRO team (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul).   Previous experience in the Aerospace industry or another mechanical build industry using various hand tools, micrometres and verniers. Must be able to read engineering drawings.   Hours:   37 hours per week  Monday - Thursday: 07:15 - 15:45, Friday: 07:15 - 12:15 OR Monday - Thursday: 06:30-15:00, Friday 06:30 -11:30  Overtime available after training and is paid is x1.5   The successful candidate will:    Assemble, teardown and rebuild hydraulic LRU''s (Line replacement units) returning from the field for repair or overhaul.
