Assembly Technician
Rising Talent Recruitment is looking for an Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing company in Fife? This is a great chance to work in a real team, making top-quality cable harnesses and electronic assemblies. You''ll be involved in reading and following manufacturing documents, using military-grade tools like crimp and soldering irons, and working with precision hand tools and specialised equipment like insulation strippers and heat guns. Your main focus will be on volume harnessing, ensuring everything meets strict quality standards and customer specifications. Occasionally, there may be opportunities to work off-site at customer facilities, so flexibility is a plus. Here s what you ll need to hit the ground running: - 2-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally with J-STD-001 and IPC-620 standards - Good dexterity with your hands and sharp eyesight, especially for colour matching - Ability to follow technical drawings and manufacturing instructions - Comfortable working with specialised electrical and pneumatic tools - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards What s in it for you?
