This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical assembly work and wants to develop skills across assembly, welding and heat treatment processes . Working as part of a specialist manufacturing team, you will play a key role in producing critical engineered components to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble precision-engineered components using manual and semi-automated processes. Carry out detailed assembly work, preparing components for the next stages of manufacture. Operate semi-automated welding equipment following established procedures and quality standards. Support heat treatment operations, including loading and operating industrial ovens and associated control systems. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Carry out routine equipment checks and report any issues. Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping and safety. Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.
