Assembly Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support the assembly of machinery including mechanical fitting, cabling, servers, cooling systems, and power supplies.Key Responsibilities:Assemble products from engineering drawings and work instructionsRepair and rework mechanical assembliesInterpret electrical schematics and perform fault findingEnsure build quality through documentation and peer checksMeet production throughput targetsSupport prototype builds and project work with Manufacturing EngineeringPromote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesAdhere to safe working practices and company valuesSkills and Experience:Proven experience assembling complex electro-mechanical productsStrong mechanical and workshop skillsAbility to work independently and follow proceduresBasic testing and problem-solving capabilitiesUnderstanding of electrical/mechanical drawings and safety standardsGood communication and team collaboration skillsGCSEs in Maths and EnglishHours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30.Proactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Proactive Global is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
