Assembly Technician

Electromechanical Production Technician - Sunbury, TW16Proactive Global is currently recruiting a highly organised Production Technician with experience in mechanical/electronic assembly, ideally with exposure to the medical device industry.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electromechanical Production Technician to join a small but growing team of assemblers and technicians. The successful applicant will be self-motivated with a good understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly and quality control.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electro-mechanical assembly work on all products, following drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.Conduct testing on all products, working to drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.Work on prototype projects when required.Carry out inspection processes in line with QA procedures on all products when needed.Follow company quality management system procedures where applicable.Complete any packing requirements.Follow all HandS guidelines as set out in drawings, parts lists, procedures, work instructions, risk assessments, and QA procedures.Skills and ExperienceSelf-motivated.Ability to work effectively within a small team.Experience with mechanical/electronic assembly, ideally in medical devices.Understanding of quality control and QA processes.If you have the above skills and wish to be considered for this position or find out more details then please contact Joanna Siedlecka on (phone number ..... full job details .....
