This is a key role to the business where you will be working to production targets to manufacture a range of specialist equipment utilised across a wide range of industries. Skills and Responsibilities: Assembly fitting of complex components to a high level Utilisation of a range of hand tools Working to build sheets or drawings Basic experience of welding, soldering, or brazing Inspection of work quality Identifying tooling requirements Assist in the training of new operators Ensure documentation is correct and legible Demonstrate understanding of Continuous Improvement, Lean and problem solving Focus on quality of manufacture Liaising with the Engineering department.
