About the Role We are looking for an experienced Electronics and Mechanical Technician to support the smooth running of the engineering laboratory and the development of power electronics prototypes and test rigs. You will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing and maintaining prototype hardware, as well as managing laboratory equipment, components and materials. The role is varied and hands-on, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across both electronics and mechanical engineering. Key Responsibilities +Manage the electronics and mechanical engineering laboratory, ensuring equipment is operational, safe and appropriately calibrated. +Assemble power electronics systems, subsystems, prototypes and test rigs from engineering drawings, BOMs and other documentation. +Carry out high-quality hand soldering, PCB assembly and board-level rework. +Operate and set up small-scale SMD pick-and-place equipment, including programming equipment for new boards. +Wire electrical and ..... full job details .....
