About the Role
A specialist manufacturer is seeking an experienced Wiring/Soldering Operative to join its growing team and support the delivery of high-quality electrical wiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build wiring harnesses from engineering drawings to a high standard.
- Assemble prototype and production harnesses, including HV cables.
- Manage build schedules and meet production targets.
- Liaise with internal departments on installations.
- Test and commission electrical systems when required.
- Manufacturing/Production experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and build complex harnesses. (Desirable)
- Experience with crimping, HV cable preparation and wiring standards. (Desirable)
- IPC qualifications or willingness to work towards them.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
