We''re growing-and now looking for a Technician to join our dynamic, customer-focused team.What You''ll Be Doing:Repair and Maintenance: Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing electronic issues with aviation headsets, leads, and adaptors, following established procedures and guidelines.New Build Process: Learn and support the new build process for aviation equipment, including assembling and testing components to ensure proper functionality and quality.Soldering: Develop basic soldering skills under the supervision of experienced technicians, practicing precision soldering techniques and adhering to safety protocols.Reading Technician Drawings: Gain familiarity with technician drawings and schematics, learning how to interpret technical specifications and identify components and connections.Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, assisting with inspections and testing to ensure that repairs and new builds meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance activities, documenting work ..... full job details .....
