This role involves hands on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment, contributing to high-quality product delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.   Key Responsibilities Interpret assembly drawings, procedures, and technical instructions both written and verbal. Identify components and use appropriate tools, equipment, and assembly techniques safely and accurately. Assemble battery cells into completed battery packs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to products and assemblies. Accurately record labour and production data within internal systems. Participate in 5S activities and support lean manufacturing initiatives.   Skills and Experience Soldering skills, including Tinning, Splicing, Turret soldering, Crimping Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment Ability to handle delicate materials like thin films, coatings and winding processes highly advantageous. Permanent
