Working a 4-day week (Monday-Thursday) , you''ll be responsible for manufacturing high-quality cable harnesses and electrical assemblies for advanced defence systems. This is a hands-on production role where quality, precision and attention to detail are essential. Full training and ongoing development will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced cable harness technicians or electrical assemblers looking to develop within the defence sector. Key Responsibilities Manufacture electrical cable harnesses and wiring looms from engineering drawings and work instructions. Carry out cable preparation, crimping, soldering and connector assembly. Assemble electro-mechanical products using hand tools, jigs, fixtures and measuring equipment. Interpret engineering drawings, wiring schedules and build instructions. Complete work to a consistently high quality standard. Identify and report production issues, working alongside Engineering to resolve them. Follow all manufacturing, quality and health & safety procedures. Essential Skill... Permanent
