This permanent role involves the assembly of advanced composite sandwich structures and integration of complex sub-assemblies into larger airframe structures within a high-pressure production environment. Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing and assembling composite sandwich structures and complex structural and non-structural sub-assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and build standards. Using hand tools, torque tools, drills, rivet guns, and related equipment competently and safely. Applying structural adhesives and sealants to defined processes and specifications. Working with complex jigs, fixtures, and tooling to ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatability. Performing self-inspection and in-process quality checks and preliminary sign-off in accordance with quality procedures and documentation requirements.
