Assembly Technician

TEMP AND TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE 8.00am - 5.00pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY Our client, a specialist manufacturing provider based in High Wycombe, is seeking Assembly Technicians to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a quality-driven environment, contributing to the assembly of innovative products used across major projects throughout the UK and internationally. This role is available on a temporary and temp-to-perm basis, offering long-term potential for the right candidate Key Duties: Assembling bespoke product systems to specification Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings Supporting project delivery and meeting production deadlines Providing technical assembly support to internal teams Maintaining quality standards across all builds Following health and safety procedures at all times Key Requirements: Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Proactive, flexible and reliable attitude Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Basic IT skills and organised working style Practical or DIY-related skills/interest Desirable Experience: Manufacturing or assembly experience Ability to read technical drawings Electrical or joinery background Forklift Truck licence (advantageous) Benefits: 21 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme PPE and workwear provided Training and development opportunities Supportive team environment This is ..... full job details .....
