Follow production procedures, work instructions and testing processes. Keep accurate records of production activities and work completed. Prepare finished radar products securely for shipment. Help maintain a clean, organised and effective workshop environment. Take a practical approach to day-to-day production issues and prioritise workload effectively. Work collaboratively as part of a wider production team. About You We''re looking for someone who is proactive, practical and detail-focused, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team. You will ideally have: At least 2 years'' experience working as a Production Technician or in a similar production-based role. Experience working within a production environment. A good understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and test processes. Strong attention to detail.
