This is a hands-on position, so you will work alongside the team while ensuring jobs are completed safely, correctly and on time. Main responsibilities: Lead and support the Assembly team. Allocate daily workloads and monitor progress. Assemble fabricated metal components using hand and power tools. Read and work from engineering drawings. Check completed work meets the required quality standards. Help train and support new and existing team members. Identify and report any production or quality issues. Ensure the department remains clean, organised and safe. Work with other departments to meet production deadlines.
