Assembly Team Leader

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a technically skilled Team Leader to join a specialist manufacturing production team based in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient and productive working environment, whilst supporting the development of team members, resolving technical issues and driving continuous improvement across the production operation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in electromechanical assembly, testing, calibration and fault finding, combined with the ability to lead and support others. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the production team, promoting efficient working practices and minimising downtime. Assemble, test and calibrate electromechanical products in line with approved procedures and quality standards. Provide technical support, fault finding and diagnostic assistance to resolve production issues. Read and interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings. Support stock accuracy, inventory activities and general production administration. Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, PPE, ESD and 5S. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Purchasing and Service teams to resolve technical and operational issues. Help ensure products are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Support continuous improvement activities and departmental performance targets.
