You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved safely, on time and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will organise workloads, monitor performance, support employees and quickly escalate any issues that could affect production. Key Responsibilities as a Assembly Team Leader: Plan and allocate daily workloads in line with production schedules and deadlines. Set clear priorities, job timings and output expectations for the team. Monitor progress throughout the shift and take action when production falls behind target. Carry out first-off and regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Identify and contain quality issues, arranging rework where required.
