Production Team Leader – Manufacturing Team Leader – Electrical – Cannock

Are you a Team Leader / Shift Supervisor who would like to have a 4 day working week? Working Monday – Thursday days only!

Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Cannock area for a Production Team Leader / Manufacturing Team Leader within the electrical manufacturing sector. This role would suit someone with extensive team leading / shift supervising experience within a manufacturing environment, electrical manufacturing would be ideal but isn’t essential.

This company have an excellent working environment with the building being light, bright and clean. You would be joining a 6 strong Team Leading team and you would be responsible for 15 – 30 staff in your section. The company have a total workforce of around 200 but they still have a family friendly feel to it, where everyone is known by name and you even get your birthday off!

As Production Team Leader / Manufacturing Team Leader you will be:

• Driving continuous improvement activities through SQCDP
• Building relationships with your assigned customers.
• Keeping customers updated on any timescales or issues.
• Ensuring Health and Safety measures are adhered to.
• Dealing with any quality concerns.
• Recording downtime and finding ways to limit it.
• Rewarding team performance.
• Highlighting any areas of coaching the need addressing.
• Monitoring absence.
• Leading by example.
• Other duties as required.

The working hours for this Production Team Leader / Electrical Manufacturing Team Leader’s role are excellent:

                Mon – Thurs       7am – 5pm
