Are you a Team Leader or similar from a Manufacturing background looking to join a growing company, taking charge of all assembly operations and managing a small team with the opportunity to progress as the company grows?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing company who produce ventilation systems for commercial environments. They work with a number of well-known companies and have recently taken on some long-term large contracts.

This role will involve the management of a team of assemblers, overseeing the assembly of products, assuring the quality and timely delivery of work. You will be setting the KPIs and directly managing staff, only being hands on with assembly when needed.

This role would suit a Team Leader which a Manufacturing or similar background looking to step into a growing company who can provide a stable days-based role with the potential to step up into a supervisor role as the assembly team grows.

The Role

• Managing a team of 6
• Overseeing assembly of units
• Coordinating production schedules
• Setting KPIs and targets
• Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm
• Friday 8am - 1pm

The Person

• Previous Leadership experience
• Background in Manufacturing
• Commutable to Malvern
