Your duties will include: Supervising employees working on the assembly line, providing clear instructions and constructive feedback where necessary to ensure production timescales are met and quality standards are adhered to Provide detailed instructions and guidance to ensure the shift runs efficiently, monitoring for any potential disruptions and troubleshooting, to ensure they are dealt with promptly Coaching new or less experienced colleagues to ensure they can perform their role and adhere to the agreed processes and procedures Provide insight and suggestions to the Site Manager on how to improve the process to ensure peak productivity and efficiency The successful candidate will also have key holding responsibility Your Experience as ...
