Assembly Operators - alternating shift

Assembly Operator Salary: £29,919.58 per annum (including 20% shift premium) Shift Pattern: Alternating weekly shifts, Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm and 2:00pm to 10:00pm Our client a world-renowned manufacturer with a site in Plymouth is seeking Assembly Operators to join their manufacturing team, assembling precision-engineered hydraulic pumps and motors within a fast-paced production environment. The Role Assemble hydraulic pumps and motors in accordance with standard operating procedures. Ensure products meet quality and health and safety standards. Test hydraulic units to customer specifications following appropriate training. Complete production paperwork accurately and on time. Achieve hourly production and KPI targets. Follow production control procedures at all times. Report machine breakdowns and production abnormalities. Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Carry out daily quality and production checks. Provide flexibility to support production requirements. What We''re Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment. Ability to work towards production targets. Ability to follow written work instructions. Experience completing paperwork accurately and on time. Flexible and adaptable approach. Strong team player. Basic problem-solving skills. Willingness to work overtime when required.
