Assembly Operator

We are seeking a experienced skilled Assembler to join our client''s team in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and experience using both hand and power tools. As an Assembler, you will play a key role in the production process by accurately assembling components and finished products, ensuring they meet strict quality standards within a manufacturing environment. BENCH TESTS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATLYMon-Fri, 7am to 4pm Key Responsibilities: Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions to ensure correct assembly. Perform quality checks on assembled products to maintain company standards. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to enhance assembly processes and improve efficiency. Report defects or issues with components promptly to the supervisor. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand and power tools. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy items as needed during assembly tasks.
