Assembly Operator (Temp)

Assembly Operator (temporary) Our Tewkesbury based client has an urgent requirement for an Assembly Operator for a month long assignment stating early May due to additional workload. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in mechanical assembly, have excellent attention to detail and be hardworking. Dates: week commencing 5th May for approx one month but could go on longer Hours: Monday - Friday, working 08:30 - 16:30 with 30 mins lunch break. Skills Required: Good Team Player, Flexible Approach to work, Highly dexterous, able to work on feet (the role may involve prolonged standing for certain jobs). Rate of pay: £12.71 per hour plus holiday pay entitlement (£1.53 per hour) JOB DESCRIPTION Overall Objective of Role: To assemble product ranges in an efficient timely manner, to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. To meet the outlined objectives. 2. To highlight quality problems to the Supervisor. 3. To adhere to Company procedures. 4. To comply with HandS rules at all times. Work role: Light mechanical assembly of all product ranges, including wiring within the assembly procedures Aspirational skill set towards performing tasks to the desired output and quality standards with limited supervision Ability to complete all paperwork and any supporting documentation Communication of issues that may affect the performance of the assemblies Working and supporting team working within the cell To apply please forward your up to date CV and /or ..... full job details .....
