We''re recruiting for Production Operators to join a growing manufacturer in East Kilbride. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business at the heart of global technology manufacturing. What you''ll be doing:The build and assembly of small components in the manufacture of specialised productsWorking to Standard Operating Procedures and build diagrams to assemble parts in line with required quality standardsUse of hand tools, calibration equipment and heating elements to assist with the intricate assembly processesWorking in a cleanroom environment whilst adhering to all associated Health and Safety processesInspecting parts during assembly to maintain quality and consistencySupporting continuous improvement by suggesting ways to streamline or enhance processesMeeting production targets as part of a small, focused teamMaintaining a tidy and safe workspaceWhat we''re looking for:Experience in a assembly or production environment with a high level of quality inspection / assurance Experience in a Manufacturing Operator OR a Build / Assembly roleSteady hand-eye coordination and attention to detailA positive attitude and willingness to learn new skillsGood team spirit with the ability to work independently when neededCommitment to maintaining a clean and careful work ..... full job details .....
