Working Hours
- 37 hours per week plus additional overtime when required
- Monday to Thursday: Day shifts
- Friday: Early finish
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and build manufactured products to strict quality standards
- Work with a variety of mechanical and production components
- Use measuring equipment and hand-held tools to ensure accuracy and quality
- Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and work instructions
- Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area
- Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily output targets
- Support continuous improvement and housekeeping standards
- Be flexible to work additional hours during busy periods
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment
- Confident using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to follow written procedures and technical instructions
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling components safely
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety
- Aerospace, Automotive, engineering or mechanical assembly experience would be advantageous
