Position: Assembly Operator

Salary: -12.71 - -13.00 per hour

Location: Hoddesdon

Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Proactive are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operator to join a growing team in Hoddesdon. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company in the electronics sector, with plenty of opportunities for growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• General assembly of electrical and mechanical components
• Wiring and soldering of electrical cables and looms
• Safe and efficient use of various tools and equipment
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
• Keeping the work area clean, organised, and efficient
• Complying with all safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in assembly, particularly with wiring and crimping
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• A proactive approach to work
