Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and products in line with production instructions and specifications. Carry out PCB and component soldering to the required quality standards. Use soldering tools. Follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and production processes. Complete production documentation and quality records accurately. Identify and report any component, assembly, or quality issues. Carry out visual inspections and basic quality checks throughout the assembly process. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in an electronics assembly or manufacturing environment. Soldering experience is essential. Experience with PCB assembly, electronic components, wiring, and cable assembly is desirable. Previous experience within a lighting company or lighting manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential. Good attention to detail.
