Role: Assembly operator Hours: Monday to Thu 08:00-16:00, Fri 07:00- 15:00 Pay : 12.21 per Hour Attractive Overtime Rates :x 1.3 on weekdays x 1.5 first 8 hours of weekend workx 2 second 8 hours of weekend work Job Purpose Statement / Nature of work In this role you will need to be flexible and be prepared to work in several areas of door production. You will be the point of contact for training new operators and ensuring process adherence in your work area. You will also assist with the monitoring of the members of your production team in their day to day activities and assist in the improvements of departmental processes. You may be required to cover other team leaders in their absence.
