Production Operator – Assembly | Crewkerne | £13.00/hr + Overtime
Monday to Thursday – 39 hours/week | Optional Friday Overtime

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assembling parts and components with precision at a clean, well-equipped bench
• Using a range of hand tools (e.g. soldering irons, glue guns, spot welders)
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet high standards
• Working collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals
• Maintaining a tidy, organized and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• No formal qualifications required – just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
• Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role is a bonus
• Comfortable using hand tools and following clear instructions
• Good attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
