Hours: Mon-Thurs 6am-5pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components following work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with health and safety regulations
• Identify and report defects, issues, or inconsistencies to supervisors
• Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output targets
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished goods for shipment
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred but not essential
• Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and technical documents
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices
• Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
