The role supports the delivery of customer orders by maintaining high standards of workmanship, productivity, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Assembly and ServiceDisassemble and reassemble traction motors and associated components in accordance with work order instructions and engineering requirements.Perform mechanical and electrical overhauls, including disassembly, inspection, repair, and assembly activities.Conduct detailed inspections of motor components, including stators, rotors, bearings, and castings.Carry out fault finding, failure investigations, and root cause analysis of manufacturing, material, or operational defects.Undertake repairs and corrective actions to restore products to required operational standards.Achieve productivity, efficiency, and utilisation targets in line with build times and capacity plans.Ensure all work is completed to the required quality and customer ..... full job details .....
