Job Title: Hand Assembly Operative
Location: Portsmouth
Hours: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £12.70 per hour - Weekly Pay!

We are recruiting for a well-established manufacturer based in the Portsmouth area, supplying high-quality products to a range of industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our production team with the addition of reliable and detail-oriented Hand Assembly Operatives.

The Role:
As a Hand Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products or components by hand to precise specifications. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll ensure that each item is completed to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed hand assembly of small components

• Follow written instructions, drawings, or diagrams accurately

• Conduct basic quality checks during and after assembly

• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Work efficiently to meet daily targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is desirable but not essential

• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
