About the Role

Assembly Operatives are required for a temporary, full-time position in Plymouth, offering £12.80 per hour. Working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, week one runs 6:30am to 2:30pm and week two 2:30pm to 10:30pm, with a 25% enhancement applied to late shifts. Duties include assembling products to specification using hand and power tools, following work instructions and drawings, and performing quality checks to meet production targets. Full training is provided, and ongoing temporary work may be available. We are currently recruiting for Temporary Assembly Operatives to join our client in Plymouth.

The RoleAs a Temporary Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products to specification while maintaining high quality standards and production targets.
Key responsibilities include:

Assembling products using hand and power tools
Following work instructions and assembly drawings
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Packing completed items ready for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
