Assembly Operatives

Kinetic Recruitment is supporting a global engineering company with the recruitment of Experienced Assembly Operatives.With over 70 years of industry expertise, our client is a world leader in engine-boosting turbo systems. Although the Assembly Roles are temporary, there is the potential for long-term work.What you will be doing as the new Assembly Operative: Assembling and disassembling turbochargers to high quality standards. Rotating across different production areas to broaden your skills and experience. Using hand tools and following technical drawings and work instructions. Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process. Recording production data accurately and working to production targets. Working safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive production team.What you need to have in order to be contacted about the Assembly role is: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (we may also consider candidates with transferable production experience) Experience using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers. Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work well within a team and meet production targets. Willing, able and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties. Strong awareness of health and safety.
