Assembly Operatives (AM Shift 6am - 2.30pm)

Job Title: Assembly Operative

Location: Reading

Morning or afternoon shift available

Mornings: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm (40 hours per week)

Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 11:00pm (40 hours per week)

Job Type: Contract with the potential to become permanent

Pay Rate: -13.00 per hour (PAYE)

Overtime: Any hours worked over 40 per week are paid at time and a half

The role of Production Operative includes:

• Operating machinery
• Mechanical assembly
• Wiring
• Following production processes

The ideal Production Operative should have the following skills and experience:

• Previous assembly experience
• Confidence in following written work instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Reliability
