Assembly Operative Location: Coventry Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Breaks: Morning Break: 08:40 AM - 09:00 AM Lunch Break: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM (15 minutes paid) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Assembler to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components for high-quality vehicles, using various hand tools, air tools, and gluing tools. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a team, and the capability to follow precise assembly instructions. Key Responsibilities Assembly of Components: Assemble parts and components into finished products, ensuring all parts fit correctly and meet quality standards. Use of Tools: Safely operate hand tools, air tools, and gluing tools in the assembly process. Quality Control: Inspect assembled products for any defects or issues, ensuring that all parts meet the company''s quality standards before completion. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production flow. Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines. Reporting: Report any technical issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.
