Assembly Technician 30,800 - 33,800 per annum - with sign on bonusStockportPermanent We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Stockport for an Assembly technician. This is a permanent job, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and paying 30,800 - 33,800 per annum, dependant on experience. There is also a significant starting bonus on offer. Duties will include; Ensure assembly and build quality is of optimum standard. Ensure machinery is of optimum quality and working standard prior to delivery. Attending site for machine commissioning and breakdowns. Working to deadlines and delivery dates. Ensure production instructions and quality standards are met/exceeded. On-site commissioning and customer training. You will need to be; Experienced in being responsible for the mechanical assembly of all sub and main assemblies. Able to read and understand engineering drawings. Able to carry out repairs, and servicing of all equipment. Proficient in general engineering, marking out, drilling, and tapping. Carry out work on-site, or off-site as requested and agreed.
