ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE - (Rotating shifts ) 6-2PM and 2 -10PM Early finish FridaysWe are currently recruiting for an Experienced Assembly Operative for a large prestigious Engineering company based in Tamworth. This is a Temporary - Permanent role working Rotating shifts ) 6-2PM and 2 -10PM shifts With allowance Pay £15.60phTraining for the first 2 months will be on DAYSMonday Thursday -07.00am - 16:00pm and Friday 7.00am 12.00 Noon pmPay rate £13.00ph INCREASING TO £13.00PH FROM 1ST APRIL WITH SHIFT ALLOWANCE £15.60PH SALARY £32,402 PER YEAR Flexible working hours needed (weekend and shift working may be required)Key Responsibilities Working on a fast paced production line Assembling and inspecting various parts Using hand and air powered tools Using torque wrenches and Measuring devices Reading and following instructions from drawings and manufacturing specs Identifying any scrap or rejects that do not adhere to standards and specifications Suggesting recommendations to improve quality and H and Safety processes Quality inspect and final visual inspection of all parts Experience RequiredMinimum of 2 years experience working in a similar Assembly and manufacturing environmentMust have a keen eye for intricate details for this roleYou will need to have good communication and written skillsHeavy lifting will be involved in this role and you will be stood up most of the working daySome of the Benefits the company offer25 days annual leave increasing to 27 days after completion of ..... full job details .....
